Conditional Permission for prayer and taraweeh in mosques, President and Ulema agree on 20 points.
In this Ramdan the government of Pakistan and ulema decided to open the mosques and imambargah for the arrangement of prayer, i'tikaaf, and Taraweeh prayers. Headed by Dr. Arif Alavi, Head of State held a meeting to consult the Ulema. but due to coronavirus (COVID-19 ), they are also giving some instruction. they want their nation will be safe and healthy in this critical condition.
Here is the list of some instruction below:
No rugs or Mat will be laid in mosques and imambargah, prayers will be offered on clean floors.
If there is rough flooring, a clean mat can be laid.
Those who want to bring their prayers rug from home and pray on it must do so.
Avoid gathering before and after prayer.
Prayers should be offered in the courtyard, not inside the halls where mosques and imambargah are located.
People over the age of 50, young children and patients with coughing colds, etc. do not attend mosques an imambargah.
A Taraweeh prayer should be arranged inside the mosque's courtyard. Avoid praying on the road and on the sidewalk.
Chlorine solution should be washed in water to clean the mosque and the floor of the Imambargah.
The same solution should be sprayed on the mat, Floor before prayer.
The alignment should be arranged at the mosque and the imambargar in such a way that the worshipers are 6 feet apart. There is a map attached that can help in this regard.
Mosques and Imambargain Administration should form a committee consisting of responsible persons to ensure precautionary measures.
If the organizers of the mosque and the Imambargain mark the correct distances for the prayers to stand on the floor, then the accommodation of the worshipers will be easy.
From the house of Wudhu, visit the mosque and the Imambargah. Wash the soap for 20 seconds.
It is necessary to wear masks and visit the mosque and the imambargah and do not shake hands with anyone or be arrogant.
Avoid touching your face. You can do this by washing hands at home.
In the current situation, it is better to retreat at home.
Iftar and Sahar should not be arranged in the mosque and the Imambargah.
Keep in touch and co-operate with mosques and imambargah administrations, imams and khateeb district government governments and the police -
The administration of mosques and imambargah is being given permission subject to these precautions.
During Ramadan, if the government feels that these precautions are not being followed or the number of victims has risen alarmingly, then the government will revise the policy of mosques and imambargah like other areas. The government also has the authority to change orders and policies for a specific area affected.
