Irrfan Khan was born on January 7, 1966, in Jaipur (western desert state of Rajasthan) to a Muslim family. Irrfan Khan Father Jagiradar Khan and mother Begum Khan from Khajuriya village near the Tonk district. His father Ran a tire business and mother was a housewife.
Irrfan Khan was done his Master of Arts degree in 1984 and got a scholarship to study at the National School of Drama (NSD) in New Delhi. When he was in Bombay, Irrfan Khan worked as an air conditioner repairman and he repaired an air conditioner of the house of Famous superstar Rajesh Khanna.
In 1995 Irrfan Khan married a Hindu Brahmin Sutapa Sikdar. He has two sons: Ayaan Khan and Babil Khan. Sutapa Sikdar also a famous Indian Film Producer, Dialogue Writer, and Screenplay Writer. She is a part of many famous movies Khamoshi, Supari Kahaani, Madaari, and Qarib Qarib Singlle.
In February 2018 Irrfan Khan was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer, a rare form of the disease. according to his twitter handler a rare form of cancer that can target various parts of the body. Irrfan khan traveled to the UK for the treatment.
Irrfan Khan had been admitted for treatment for a colon infection to the intensive care unit of Kokilaben hospital in Mumbai on Tuesday and on Wednesday morning, a statement was released confirming his death.
Irrfan khan won many National Film Award and Filmfare Awards. He Received the Best Villain award for his film Haasil in 2004. in 2007 his film Life in a Metro' which was hit at the box office. He received the Best Filmfare Supporting Actor Award for 'Metro' and 'Namesake'.
